  • How do I make an appointment?

    Call 918-508-2220 . When scheduling for a child under 18, please note that minors must be accompanied by an adult. If your doctor tells you to come back for a follow-up, please schedule your next appointment before you leave the office.


    Check in procedure:  

    When you arrive for your office visit, an Integrated Physical Health receptionist will make photocopies of your insurance card and your photo ID. 

    Please remember to bring any MRI or x-ray report taken within the last 12 months. A copay/ co-insurance will be collected at the time of your visit.

  • How long will my appointment last?

    A new patient visit may last up to 30 mins.. Follow-up visits: may last up to 15 minutes.

  • What is the ART treatment like?

    Each ART session is a combination of examination and treatment.  Our chiropractors use their hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements to help reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and increase range of motion.

  • What are the benefits of ART?

    ART can increase flexibility, improve range of motion following injuries, reduce symptoms of chronic pain, and help to prevent injuries as well as improve performance.

  • Does my insurance cover chiropractic treatment?

    Most insurances do cover chiropractic care, however, every insurance plan has different coverage.  Our office staff will be happy to verify your insurance and let you know your responsibility prior to your initial appointment.  Just let us know and we will be happy to get you this information.

  • Do you accept Medicare?

    Yes, Integrated Physical Health chiropractors are participating providers in the Medicare program.

  • Do you accept Workmans comp and third party claims?

    We cover every aspect of Chiropractic workers’ compensation and third party cases, including diagnosis, status reporting, follow-up visits, and return to work.

  • What insurances do you accept?

    Integrated Physical Health is a preferred provider for most major insurance carriers. Please call our office at 918-508-2220 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.


  • What if I don't have insurance?

    We have affordable payment plans available for patients without insurance. The office manager will discuss and explain the billing and payment process before your first appointment. If necessary, they will work with you to set up a payment plan for the anticipated charges.

  • What are the ways I can pay my bill?

    We accept almost all forms of payment, including cash, check or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You can either make a credit card payment online or over the phone by calling our business office at (918) 508-2220.
